Website & Graphic Designer (Full‑Time, Remote)

We’re a growing marketing agency focused on innovative campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing. We’re hiring a Website & Graphic Designer to serve as our primary web designer. The role is website-first: you’ll design and build in WordPress with Elementor (essential) and Shopify, with occasional projects in Wix or Squarespace. You’ll also create supporting digital and print assets that align with brand standards.

This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of client websites from concept through launch, helping shape the online presence of diverse brands. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise, collaborate with a creative team, and grow with an agency that values innovation, quality, and long-term partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead website design and development projects from concept through launch.
  • Create website wireframes, mockups, and responsive layouts that align with clients’ brands.
  • Build and maintain websites in WordPress (Elementor essential) and Shopify; occasional Wix/Squarespace projects.
  • Perform updates, testing, and ongoing maintenance on client websites.
  • Develop landing pages and email templates optimized for conversions.
  • Optimize sites for speed, mobile, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team on digital and print assets as needed.
  • Manage tasks in ClickUp and provide weekly progress updates.

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in website and graphic design.
  • Expert in WordPress with Elementor; skilled in Shopify (theme customization a plus).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and brand-driven design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools to draft or refine content.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to self-manage.
  • Strong communication skills in a deadline-driven environment.
