Assistant Events & Promotions Manager
Our sister company, BoBella Promotions, is looking to hire a part-time Assistant Events & Promotions Manager responsible for organizing and managing promotional events for our clients, several well-known beverage brands, in order to drive sales and increase brand awareness. As the Assistant Events & Promotions Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with our client base to organize events in MD/DC/DE, provide reporting on event outcomes and expenditure as well as recruiting, training and managing our Promotional Ambassador team.

Assistant Events & Promotions Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training and managing our Promotional Ambassador team
- Liaising with brands to organize events and keeping the Promotional Calendar up to date
- Organizing the proper staffing of all promotional events
- Ensuring all event recap reports are submitted on time and to the standard required
- Obtaining feedback from our accounts on how events went, what went well and where there are opportunities for improvement and then implementing any improvement initiatives
- Managing and reporting on promotional spend
- Track and manage the usage of company equipment and PEX cards in line with our company policies and procedures
- Pay for bar spend or product via PEX or company credit card
- Visit brand accounts to increase sales and brand awareness of our clients
- Organize off-premise tastings and product sampling within regulatory guidelines
- Sample product in line with state laws and regulations
- Review, sign and adhere to all company paperwork, policies and procedures
- Attend market brand and program trainings
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and develop in depth knowledge of our clients’ brands and products

Education & Experience:
- Prior experience in promotional roles is essential
- Proven track record in team recruitment and management
- Familiarity with beverage alcohol or service industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of beverage industry and liquor laws is a plus
- College education is preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old due to the nature of the role involving liquor
- Ideally this person will live in the MD/DC area
